RBC Support Services was founded in 2017 with a mission to provide students with enrichment and mentoring opportunities that foster personal growth and academic success. Initially, the program focused on exposing students to hands-on, project-based learning experiences and community service initiatives. These activities were designed to cultivate critical thinking, teamwork, and leadership skills while encouraging students to engage meaningfully with their communities. From the start, RBC Support Services emphasized creating an inclusive environment where individuals of all abilities, including those with disabilities, could thrive and access meaningful support. What began as a targeted effort to enhance learning and broaden horizons quickly evolved into a broader vision of holistic support. Recognizing the need for services that extended beyond the aforementioned scope, founder Taqueece Myers drew on her expertise in special education to expand our offerings.

Over the years, RBC Support Services has grown into a comprehensive resource for individuals and families. From personalized instruction and educational advocacy to life skills training and social and emotional learning, our programs are designed to empower individuals at various stages of their journey. We also place a strong emphasis on social and emotional development, helping those we serve build the confidence and independence they need to thrive.
